The stainless steel pump dispenses a 1 oz serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz increments. Set it to fill a soufflé cup with one pump to prevent bottlenecks at the condiment station. When you place your order, ask about a complimentary colored knob engraved with the condiment served; black is standard.
